Wings Field is one of over 1,000 computer-based testing centers across the United States and Canada operated by LaserGrade, the largest network in North America. Headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, and using its own secure network and software, LaserGrade offers proctored computer-based test administration for occupational and professional licensure and certification, IT certification, and the Federal Aviation Administration.

LaserGrade delivers examinations for large national licensing programs such as the Federal Aviation Administration. LaserGrade is one of only two computer-based testing companies authorized by the federal government to administer all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airman Knowledge Tests for commercial airline pilots and mechanics. LaserGrade also delivers exams for small- and medium-sized state trade certifying bodies like the Washington State Board of Labor and Industries (electricians tests) and many state cosmetology programs
